William Adams Winners

William Adams announced their winning technicians and coordinators at Laverton on 12th August. Twelve technicians and 3 coordinators were recognised for their achievement and contribution towards Customer Service Excellence.

The final top 3 technicians were

Tony Roberts, Hobart
Stuart Bell, Traralgon

Andrew, Tony and Stuart will attend the Caterpillar Awards event in Melbourne on the weekend 9th September.

Congratulations to Richard D'Souza from Power Systems who took the first place in the William Adams specific Elite Field Coordinator program, with runners up Glenn Campbell from Traralgon and David Ross from Metro Field Service.

Our program here in Australia has now come to an end after 10 months and we are very excited to announce our winners for 2011.
